Connect 2 or 200 Counters

SpeedCount can be partnered with numerous feeding devices. Simple, patented interface features are built into every SpeedCount microprocessor. This allows units to be set in sequences or "daisy-chained" without difficulty. You can connect two or two hundred counters with ease for difficult or high count production runs.

Count Multiple Items

Depending on the production rate, part counts, feeding characteristics and the manufacturing process, a system can be designed to efficiently count a variety of items for an unlimited number of package or kit requirements. Sequenced counters are interconnected so interface signals see the multiple counters as one unit. This eliminates reprogramming of the controls systems when the configuration of the production line changes.

Integrate with Other Packing Equipment

SpeedCount can also be easily integrated with other types of packaging machinery.
