Durability and Versatility

All SpeedCount processing units are ruggedly constructed with ball bearing pivot points, stainless steel parts and padded impact surfaces.

The fully mobile, height adjustable and telescoping system stand can accommodate a variety of production line configurations.

Heavy-duty casters allow the unit to be rolled from one production location to another with ease. Once in place, SpeedCount is locked into position with the aid of a mechanical foot or floor lock.

The stand is adjustable a full 10" for a 24" to 34" discharge height. Other height requirements can be customized.

The SpeedCount from Moore Counting Systems offers a high level of versatility. Compatible with almost any type of packaging machinery, the SpeedCount operates in automatic and semiautomatic modes with a flip of a switch. This self-monitoring system provides for faster product throughput, improved accuracy and reduced setup time for changes in production.
